Mathi graduated from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia with a Bachelor of Psychology degree in 1996. Thereafter she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with Glasgow Caledonian University in 2000. 

Being a Human Resource practitioner for 12 years, Mathi brings with her the benefit of substantial Human Resource experience in all aspects. Her current job scope and responsibilities include overseeing Human Resource & Administration Departments.
